Axiom Verify provides professional due diligence, background research, and business intelligence services to corporate clients, financial institutions, legal professionals, and private offices. Our services include, but are not limited to, corporate due diligence, executive screening, financial assessment, and risk analysis.

Our research and due diligence services are designed to provide information gathered from publicly available sources, proprietary databases, and lawful investigative methods. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of information obtained from third-party sources. All findings represent a snapshot in time and may be subject to change.
We treat all client engagements and the information you provide as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client identities, engagement details, or research findings to third parties except as required by law or with your express authorization.
All reports, analyses, and work product delivered to you are for your internal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our work product without our prior written consent. Our methodologies, processes, and proprietary tools remain our exclusive intellectual property.
Fees for services are as quoted in our engagement letter or proposal. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Verify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom Verify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
